Roe Parker is an educator and leader with a focus on the future. Roe is a certified Master Educator and is certified in eLearning courses, project management, problem solving, and group facilitation. He is active in the Oregon Area Progressives and is the founder of Anderson Park Friends, Inc. (APF). He leads the APF Board which increased volunteer engagement to over 3,400 hours in 2021.
His political experience was gained as a county board supervisor and leader/staff person in 9 political campaigns-presidential, congressional, state, and local.
Deep Canvassing: He used the "community service format" of deep canvassing to build the APF membership. Roe increased the number of members from 0 to 105 in a 3-year period. Today's membership total is over 220 due paying members.
